Booking Confirmation
Procedure -

50% confirmation deposit upon booking
Balance due 1 month prior to booking date. |
Once a booking has been confirmed our Cancellation Policy
is as follows:
- $50.00 cost to transfer a booking to another date.
- Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to your booking date you will
receive a 50% refund of your total booking cost less the $50.00
cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to your booking date payment
in full is due and payable.
- We recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection
against loss due to illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and
cancellation of travel.
- NB: A change of date within 1 month of your booking date is
considered a cancellation. Every effort will be made to resell
your cancelled booking and, if successful, will be considered
a date change only.
